Gas vs Induction: Which to Choose?

If you value precision and speed, induction wins hands down. If you cook with woks, require an open flame or already have a gas supply, gas remains a brilliant choice. Dual-fuel range cookers (gas hob + electric oven) are a popular compromise.

Energy Ratings Explained

Building Regulations
